Ya sabéis de mi inquietud sobre las emociones; los que me leéis con asiduidad conocéis sobre mi inquietud al respecto y que cada vez que cae en mis manos un libro que trata sobre las emociones os lo comparto como es el caso de hoy, El laberinto del alma de Ana Llenas.
Hace un tiempo ya os hablé de unos cuentos de la ilustradora Ana Llenas; pues hoy repetimos con la ilustradora que me tiene robado el corazón.
El laberinto del alma
El alma se expresa mediante imágenes,
y las imágenes nos transmiten emociones,
sentimientos, estados internos. Algunos de ellos
son amables, luminosos, y otros bien oscuros.
Los hay que te llenan de ánimo y de energía, y otros,
no sabes bien cómo, te vacían.
Este libro te invita a reencontrarte con cada uno de
estos estados del alma en un viaje hacia ti mismo.
Aquí sólo encontrarás algunos de esos estados,
pero hay muchos más, porque el camino del alma

El laberinto del alma es un álbum ilustrado de sentimientos, estados de ánimo y emociones. Cada uno acompañado de unas frases que lo definen y una ilustración a toda página.
Cada página te trasladará a un sentimiento, déjate arrastrar e inhúndate de él para ver que las ilustraciones describen lo que sientes.
